Interior/ Exterior Whole Home Service

The Show

Have a seasoned crew service your home washing both sides of all of your windows at a fair rate. Our crews are trained to be prompt, conscientious, and efficient. We use drop cloths to protect your valuables when necessary and remove our shoes while inside your home. We move furniture if necessary (within reason), remove and place back mullions, clean seals, wipe down interior screens, removing cobwebs around the window frames as we go both inside and out.

Ghost cleaning

Got a busy schedule? Don’t like folks in your home? Don’t need the inside cleaned? Upon request, our special no-contact exterior service schedules your window cleaning, gets it done, and handles the billing all without face-to-face interaction required. Of course, you are welcome to greet the fellas on the job. : ) *double hung window customers may have to remove their own screens to receive this service if your home we can remove them for you!

Screen cleaning, fan cleaning, mirror cleaning, gutter cleaning (up to 3 stories)

Please note we cannot clean frozen gutters, and we do not do gutter repair work. We also do not wash windows in the rain for safety and quality purposes. In the event of rain, our office will reach out to pick a sunnier day.

Got a couple dirty windows driving you nuts? As long as you are willing to meet minimum charges no need to get everything done. Although at our value pricing you might want to think about it. (this does not include skylights or 3rd story work)

LIGHT FIXTURES

We also clean chandeliers, help install high-up light bulbs (within safety), and clean other lights around the property.

  - a small fee to remove excessive overspray after painting or to remove chemical or water staining from power washing or varying other conditions may be added to your bill. This charge is based on difficulty and necessity, it typically runs from 20.00 -50.00. We will inform you if we need to address this addition it will appear as a “construction charge”. On occasion, some chemical or hard water staining may be so severe we cannot remove it completely. We will inform you of this condition. 99.99% of the time we’ll get all your windows shining! (so long as they don’t have seal damage, if they do we’ll let you know about that as well, We’re here to help.
